All listing information — including financials, the company registration number (EMBS), and contact details — is supplied by sellers. While we perform a basic review and a verification phone call, we do not audit, value, or independently confirm any business and make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or legality.
Balkan DealFlow does not buy, sell, broker, or escrow any business and holds no funds. We simply make a seller's contact phone available to subscribed buyers. Any negotiation, agreement, payment, and transfer happens directly between buyer and seller, at their own risk and responsibility.
Subscribing only unlocks information and contact details. It does not vet a business or a counterparty. Buyers must carry out their own legal, financial, and commercial due diligence and verify the identity and good standing of any party before committing funds.
