Balkan DealFlow operates as a listing and buyer qualification platform. It is not a party to any transaction and does not act as a legal, accounting, or investment advisor through the product itself. The platform displays information submitted by sellers, advisors, and imported sources, applying review-led quality controls before publication.
Sellers and advisors are responsible for ensuring they have authority to submit a listing and that the information they provide is materially accurate. Balkan DealFlow may review, reject, suspend, or archive listings that appear misleading, low-quality, or non-compliant with marketplace standards. Sellers indemnify the platform against claims arising from inaccurate or unauthorized listing content.
Buyers are responsible for their own diligence and professional verification. Access to confidential information may require NDA acceptance, seller approval, and later paid or subscription-based access controls. Buyers agree not to approach sellers, staff, or counterparties outside the platform to circumvent confidentiality controls.
Listings may carry public, registered, or NDA confidentiality tiers. By accepting an NDA gate on a listing, the buyer enters into a binding confidentiality obligation toward the seller in respect of all non-public information disclosed. Breach may result in account suspension and legal action by the disclosing party.
Some features may be offered as paid services or subscriptions. Pricing, billing terms, refund policies, and tax treatment will be set out at the point of purchase. The platform currently uses Paddle as merchant of record where applicable, who is responsible for VAT collection in eligible jurisdictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balkan DealFlow is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing content, transaction outcomes, or platform downtime. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Skopje, North Macedonia, without prejudice to any applicable consumer protection rights of users in their country of residence (including EU GDPR rights for users in the European Union).
BizzBee may support marketplace operations, advisory pathways, and go-to-market work as founding partners. Their presence does not change the neutral platform role of Balkan DealFlow as the public product brand.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
